Welcome to the world of Proper Dogs. We are a rock ‘n’ roll combo from the Wakefield area with strong leanings towards blues, psychedelia, punk, and 60s sounds.
We are not veterans of the gigging circuit but have played a good few speakeasies and haunts of varying degrees of disrepute since around 2009. We’ve played pubs/bars, birthday parties, jam nights, garden gatherings, battles of the bands, and we will be hitting a few more in the coming months.
We are, in many ways, Proper Dogs (though mainly in good ways) so keep your eyes open and your ear to the ground, and if you hear some searing, soulful, high-energy punk/blues rock ‘n’ roll that could just be us.
